I figured out how to post scanlations here without upgrading to a business account! Huzzah! The rest of the scans I’ve done will be up here shortly.
I’m almost done translating the next chapter of Kirisame. I should have it all ready to go in the next few days. This will be the last chapter in the main storyline. The next volume is just assorted side stories.
I solved the problem I was having with the music and uploaded the new version of Ghost’s Story to Gamejolt. I’ll update the Ichi.io version after the contest if I can, but in the meantime the Gamejolt version is the better version.
Things have been a little bit slow on the translating side of things this month, but for once it’s not because I’m a lazy slug. I was working on an entry for the 2017 IGMC, Ghost’s Story . I did experience some technical difficulties at the end, so this version of the game has no music. I’ll release a version 2 with the music restored once the sight of RPG Maker doesn’t make me want to rip my hair out. Check out the game, and enjoy a hearty laugh at my attempts to portray humans talking to each other.
The first chapter of Dokushi, a supernatural mystery manga by the author of Whistle, is up on Batoto. Next up will be the next Kirisame chapter and Bomberman Jetters (eventually), as well as a special translation surprise or two.
The next chapter of Kirisame Ga Furu Mori is up on Batoto, and the Bomberman Jetters translation should be going up on RomHacking.net pretty soon. In other unrelated news, squash borers + heirloom pumpkins in the garden = not a good time.
I’m finally done with the 9th chapter of Kirisame ga Furu Mori. Hopefully updates will be back to their usual pace now that summer has finally arrived. Two other projects in the works are a scanlation of a supernatual-ish detective manga called Dokushi and the GBA game Bomberman Jetters (worry not! Someone else is holding my feet to the fire at least on that project!)
